Chairperson Edward Mahan noted the recognition of Bob Durkee on behalf of the Village of Hudson Falls. The board approved the July 21 minutes on a motion by Board Member Michael Willig, seconded by Board Member Louis Cantiello. The meeting concluded at 6:20 p.m. after the board approved area variances for 23 William Street and 6 Grove Ave; recorded ayes were Chairperson Mahan and Board Members Cantiello, Willig and Ward, with Board Member Chris Connelly listed as absent.
