Historian Rosa Fox told the board the town received checks from the Hoffman Foundation and Wafler’s Foundation to support a portrait project. She said work on the town bicentennial has begun and that Linda Eygnor will serve as liaison to the school district; Fox also reported she had written a letter about placing the Wolcott Hotel on the historic registry and is preparing an article on Crescent Beach.
