Councilman David Kukle made the motion to authorize the Supervisor to sign the temporary site lease; Councilman Dolph Semenza seconded and the motion passed 4–0 (Legg absent). Supervisor Sean Mahoney told the board the temporary site lease had been reviewed and approved by the town attorney. The minutes do not list rental terms or a lease expiration date.
