The Le Roy Central School Board of Education elected Jacalyn Whiting as Board President and Denise Duthe as Vice President during its annual reorganization meeting on July 8, 2025. District Clerk Lori Wrobel opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and, pursuant to Education Law, called for nominations; Whiting was the sole nominee for president and was elected 6 Yes, 0 No, 1 Absent (Mrs. Rachael Greene). The Vice President nomination of Duthe was likewise approved 6 Yes, 0 No, 1 Absent.
Following the elections the District Clerk administered oaths of office to board members and the superintendent. The Board also appointed Miss Elise Fisher as the Student Ex‑Officio Member for the period July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026. The slate of annual reorganization appointments — including district clerk, treasurer and official banks and newspapers — was approved later in the meeting under standard motion procedures.
