President C. Struckle called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m., and the board voted 5-0-0 to approve minutes from Jan. 15, January 2025 fiscal reports (A, C, F, T, L and H funds, reserves and NYLAF investment account), warrants and other routine items. The minutes list several warrants, including Warrant #32 A Fund for $354,507.01 and Warrant #34 P Fund for $205,783.13 among others.
The board separately moved to accept the 2023–2024 audit as completed by external auditor Cwynar and Company; that motion carried 5-0-0. Motion makers and seconders are recorded in the minutes (for the consent agenda M. Wikoff moved and T. Francisco seconded). The approved consent items also included CPSE action (CPSE: 21241).
