Board discusses unified training on comprehensive plan; budget line proposed

Board member Deb Stuck reported on a training she attended in Cooperstown, N.Y., that included a session with instructor Matt Horn and recommended the board consider similar training for all members. Stuck said she believes "he’d be a great resource for us to talk about the comprehensive plan as to what has been successful and with it and what has not."
Roger Gallant said he would reach out to Matt Horn to ask whether Horn would be interested in teaching another class for the board, adding that "his knowledge is great." David Fantuzzo said he would put unified training for board members into the budget, indicating the town could allocate funds so multiple members could attend and then discuss results together.
