Board approves transportation contract extensions and a package of vendor service agreements

The Board approved transportation contract extensions for the 2024–2025 school year (NA‑3) and a consolidated set of vendor service agreements for maintenance and operational support (NA‑6) at the Aug. 26 meeting. The vendor list in district materials includes Access Elevator, ALPS Elevator Service, Cummins, Daikin, Ehrlich, Greater Niagara, Hobart, Johnson Controls, Meridian IT, Pitney Bowes, TKE, Schindler, Stark, Swanson Plumbing and Waterwise.
Approval authorizes the Superintendent to execute the listed agreements on behalf of the district. Both actions were recorded as carried 6–0 (motions made by Danielle M. Mullen; NA‑6 seconded by Chuck Barber), and cover preventive maintenance, inspections and service agreements needed for building operations for the 2024–2025 school year.
