One commissioner noted the local community has "people who have a tremendous amount of real estate assets, which are completely illiquid," urging sensitivity to cash-flow differences when designing eligibility and outreach. The subcommittee will seek data from neighboring and comparable municipalities and return with an early draft in the next meeting cycle.
