Rec supervisor highlights holiday events and upcoming family programs

She noted the debut of a rentable trailer named "Bar None" used for food and hot beverages and thanked volunteers and local partners who donated items.
Phelan also previewed the New Year's Eve kid-friendly balloon drop and a DJ-hosted family dance at the Veterans Memorial Building, urged advance registration to help with planning, and summarized upcoming break camps and preschool open-house dates. She highlighted efforts to expand neurodiverse programming (Sidekicks), new adult classes, and increased camp offerings over spring break.
