The Village of Hudson Falls Board of Trustees voted July 14 to approve a proposal from 1st All Weather Roofing to repair a leak at the Courthouse on the Maple Street side. The board approved the expenditure through a motion by Trustee Michael Horrigan, seconded by Trustee James Gallagher, and carried unanimously.
Trustees noted the same company previously performed repairs that did not fully address ongoing leaks. The resolution on the record states the contract is "not to exceed $7,140." The action follows a brief staff presentation that the current proposal specifically targets leak points that were left untreated in earlier work.
