Greta Hansen presented sample plans for a proposed Town Hall complex, describing features the draft designs aim to accommodate: wash bays, school-bus parking, Fire Department facilities, a community hall, second-floor sleeping quarters for ambulance staff, archival storage in the basement, potential solar panels, expanded ambulance bays and expanded kitchen and emergency facility needs.
Supervisor Sean Mahoney asked department offices to review the draft plans and consider uses, saying Hansen "will return to the individual town offices to go over the draft plans and their opinions and needs." The presentation did not include final cost estimates; the board requested additional review and will take further input at future meetings.
