Mayor John Barton said he is aware of the issue, recalled prior public-health actions at the same building, and said Code Enforcement officer Will Celeste has a plan to inspect the inside of the building and then address outside concerns. Attorney Bill Nikas recommended contacting the Board of Health physician as an additional step.
