The board adopted Resolution 25-8-1 responding to a NYMIR audit and inspection report and accepted the NYMIR recommendations, which included implementing a daily inspection sheet, a snow-removal log and a sign-inventory and inspection form. The board recorded a motion to accept the NYMIR response and approved it by voice vote.
Separately the board adopted Resolution 25-8-2, an Internet Usage Policy, by voice vote. The minutes record that the board will need a resolution (and associated forms) implementing NYMIR’s recommended documentation; Supervisor Monty and staff were directed to prepare the paperwork.
