Board amends highway road inventory and seeks bids for 25-ton excavator

The resolution was offered by Councilman Dolph Semenza, seconded by Councilman David Kukle, and passed with a 4–0 recorded vote (Supervisor Mahoney absent).
Semenza also moved and the board approved a request to solicit sealed bids for renting a 25-ton excavator with operator; bids are due March 25, 2025. Both actions were recorded as votes with Ayes 4, Noes 0, Absent 1 (Mahoney). The minutes reference an attachment for the inventory amendment but do not include the full inventory text in the meeting record.
The board’s actions authorize staff to proceed with the solicitation and inventory update; the minutes do not record award of any contract or rental agreement at the meeting.
