The motion to audit and pay bills passed with no opposing votes.
The votes were recorded during the Oct. 8 meeting; motions to accept minutes and financial reports were made by Steven Denton and seconded by John Blades, and other routine acceptances were moved and seconded by board members as reflected in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 7:38 PM following the unanimous motions.
