Board approves instructional, tutoring and Title IX policies
Summary

Later the board voted to waive a second reading under Board Policy 1410 and approved Policy 3420 (Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment in the District) and Policy 3421 (Title IX Policy Against Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination). Motions to approve these policies were made by President Danielle Mullen and seconded by board members; votes recorded in the minutes show the measures carried 5-0.
