Sheridan County readies fairgrounds and rodeo; National Weather Service to provide on‑site meteorologists

Fairgrounds director Timber Silver described strong community involvement and thanked volunteers and partners for helping stage the event.
Organizers noted scheduling for announcers and stock‑handling volunteers through the week and encouraged staff coordination for safety and logistics; a forecast of hot weather (about 102°F) for Saturday was mentioned as a planning factor.
