Plan Commission approves minutes, handles routine business and adjourns

The Village of Waterford Plan Commission completed routine business quickly during its March 18 meeting at Village Hall. Commissioner Bob Nash moved, and Commissioner Diane Lemanczyk seconded, to approve the meeting minutes from Jan. 21, 2026; the motion passed with all present voting aye.
Later in the short meeting, Commissioner Diane Lemanczyk moved, and Commissioner Sarah Fell seconded, to adjourn; the commission adjourned at 6:15 p.m. The minutes list commissioners present and note that Commissioner Aleksandr Wellner was absent. The minutes were submitted by Village Clerk Rachel Ladewig.
