• Town Road & Bridge Standards: Peter Booth moved to adopt updated Town Road and Bridge Standards effective Jan. 21, 2026; Amy Kapitan seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
• VLCT nominations: Peter Booth moved to approve nominations of Catherine McMains and Sabina Ernst for VLCT Lifetime Achievement Awards and to request the awards; Amy Kapitan seconded; motion passed 5-0 (Amy to edit letters of recommendation).
• Liquor licenses: The board approved Griffin Riders LLC liquor licenses for Mansfield Barn dates between July and September 2026; motion by Amy Kapitan, second by Laura Crain; passed 5-0.
• Minutes and warrants: The board signed warrants and approved the July 16, 2026 minutes as amended; motion by Amy Kapitan, second by Chris Brown; passed 5-0.
• Executive session/adjournment: The board moved into executive session for personnel, real estate and legal matters at 8:59 p.m., returned at 10:16 p.m., and adjourned at 10:17 p.m.; motions recorded and passed 5-0.
