The board reviewed Resolution 2026-0102 concerning the issuance of up to $8.5 million in General Obligation Subordinate Local Option Sales and Services Tax Bonds, Series 2026.
The resolution, prepared with the county's municipal advisor (Piper Sandler & Co.), underwriter (D.A. Davidson & Co.), bond counsel (Ahlers & Cooney PC) and disclosure counsel (Dorsey & Whitney LLP), approves the Official Statement as presented and deems it final for purposes of SEC Rule 15c2‑12, subject to such revisions as the Chair and Auditor determine appropriate. The resolution authorizes distribution of the Official Statement in connection with the offering of the bonds for sale.
