McGrath Subdivision says stormwater permit is in hand and construction can begin

Gregory Carter, vice president of the McGrath Subdivision and an engineer with Civil Engineering Associates, told the Select Board that the subdivision and the town are covered by the same stormwater permit and that the project has received an administrative amendment under Act 250. Carter said the permit and design work are complete and that his firm will soon submit the last request for reimbursement.
"We've gotten our latest permit...it was our administrative amendment, and it is my belief that it was the last permit that we needed," Carter said. He asked to meet with appropriate town staff to coordinate construction in the public right-of-way and noted some financial considerations tied to final reimbursements. Carter identified the project location as midway up Packard Road, off Country View, Outlook Lane and Vista Court.
Board members said Paula (town staff) and Paul (highway) will be the staff contacts and asked Carter to send design details to staff so the town can schedule any necessary highway support and inspections. Carter requested prompt notification if the board or staff identify additional permits that might be required while construction is underway.
