At the start of the Nov. 13 meeting the Planning & Zoning Commission approved two sets of minutes—09/25/2025 and 10/09/2025—by voice vote after motions and seconds from commissioners.
During commission matters staff reminded members that November and December will each have a single meeting and that the next meeting is scheduled for Dec. 11. "We we will not be meeting on Thanksgiving, luckily, and we won't be meeting on Christmas either," a staff member said, adding the commission should limit internal matters to topics that affect the entire commission to avoid sunshine-law issues.
The meeting closed after routine attorney and commission matters; no additional substantive actions were taken at the end of the session.
