Council approves one-year extension with Civic Solutions to retain contract planner

"Over the last year or so, staff is requesting to extend the contract for 1 more year with Civic Solutions so we can keep Elizabeth for another year to move us through planning services," the city manager said. Councilmembers expressed general support, noting her effectiveness with residents, and the motion to approve passed on a roll-call vote.
