Sebright said the RFP allowed the city to award multiple contractors or a single contractor when appropriate and that certain specialty services (carpet shampoo, tile deep cleaning) could be procured as extras. Directors asked whether the contracts would be charged by location and whether any facility would be excluded; Sebright replied each facility would be billed separately and that utility services will bring separate contractor recommendations later.
