Board approves a series of prepayments, transfers and subscriptions in year-end finance actions

Supervisor Matt Stanley reported financial results and moved to move $1 million from the WWTF BAN into NYCLASS; the motion passed as Resolution #2024-257. The board also approved numerous prepayments and transfers including a prepayment of 2025 NYS retirement in the amount of $93,044 (Resolution #2024-270), a transfer from WW to General Fund to repay Phase One engineering ($74,108), and several prepayments to vendors and consultants (MJ Engineering, Taylor Rental, Pipeline Mechanical, Catherine Persons).
Several of these financial motions were recorded by roll-call vote; one MJ Engineering payment (WD-06 for $2,715) passed with one 'no' vote (Councilman Knut Sauer). The minutes record each resolution number and dollar amount where specified; the board assigned staff to process payments and coordinate year-end stipend distribution scheduled for Dec. 2 (Resolution #2024-271).
