Leitzinger said he discovered lead service lines on Canal Street and noted a curb stop at Tranny’s Plus buried under concrete; the board agreed to await EPA guidance on whether to require immediate replacement or wait until the planned road project. He also reported the aeration tank was put back into operation after Schmitz Sanitary Service cleared a solid plug, and that the generator causes breakers to trip while under test, so an electrician has been contacted.
