Creek erosion near park and sewer-pit airline break prompt repair quotes; summer help wage increased

Leitzinger also reported a break in the airline serving the sewer pit that requires excavation; he said Schmitz Service can dig and repair the break for about $200. The board instructed staff to obtain quotations for the creek repairs and to proceed with the airline repair as needed.
Separately, the board approved a pay increase for summer help Brenden Jentz from $11/hour to $12/hour after positive performance feedback; the motion by Chassity Allen and seconded by Alan Mergen carried unanimously.
