Town accepts photovoltaic bids for review; APEX bidder lowest

Supervisor Matt Stanley said the bids will be analyzed by the board and the town attorney and results will be brought back to the next meeting. No contract award was made at this meeting; the record shows the board took the procedural step of accepting bids for review.
