Officer reports cite junk-car cleanup, yard notices and proposes dual-use village truck

Officer Small raised a proposal to allow the village truck to serve as a dual-purpose police vehicle; the sheriff's office has offered to donate a light bar, control head and sirens. He said the truck would generally be available from about 4 p.m. to 6 a.m. and requested a Bloomington officer shirt to distinguish village enforcement presence. The board discussed possible magnetic "Bloomington Police" signage at a later meeting.
