Village sets trick-or-treat hours, hears plans for charity run and Halloween evening events

Clerk Atterbury also said Katie Webb and Jeannie Hamilton are organizing a 'Spooky Halloween Night' starting at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 31 with a costume contest, trick-or-treating at local shops, a scavenger hunt, pumpkin-carving and other activities. The board set village trick-or-treat hours on Oct. 31 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (motion by Dawn Drew, seconded by Chasity Allen).
