Council proclaims Hunger Action Month and Constitution Week, names new deputy city clerk

The council also proclaimed Constitution Week and Service Clubs Month to honor organizations that provide volunteer and charitable services.
City staff introduced and welcomed Brooke Lavelle as the city's new Deputy City Clerk, noting her years of local‑government experience and background in records management and elections. "Please join me in welcoming Deputy City Clerk Brooke Lavelle to the Placentia team," staff said; Lavelle thanked the council and said she was "honored to serve the city of Placentia."
