Curt Williams, recreation superintendent, presented an amendment to the district's 2020 loan agreement with the Sailing Foundation intended to clarify the equipment to be loaned and to record changes in the Sailing Foundation's management. "This agreement here is amendment of our 2020 agreement," Williams said, and he noted that Bryce Griffin has stepped down from the Sailing Foundation and that Andrew Kojane and others are now part of the organization's leadership.
Williams said the amended language also updates named district personnel in the agreement. Staff recommended the item for consent and asked the board if there were any questions; none were raised in the transcript and the item was recorded for consent.
