Trustees consider tightening chicken ordinance after neighbor complaints

Drew said she would research Dubuque’s chicken ordinance as an example and, with Trustee Chasity Allen, agreed to email their findings to the board for consideration at a future meeting. Village President Robert McLimans said he would consult with Officer Small about enforcement consistency. No ordinance change was adopted at the meeting.
