Jordan reports two water main breaks; Joint Water Project meeting set for Feb. 20

During routine reports, Frederick (Fred) DiRisio told trustees the village experienced two water main breaks earlier in January: one on Brutus Road on Jan. 14, 2025 and another on Route 5 on Jan. 20, 2025. DiRisio said work has proceeded to address the breaks and that progress will continue.
DiRisio also said the next Joint Water Project progress meeting is scheduled for Feb. 20, 2025. Water Operator Williams noted that chlorine and turbidity levels have been good recently and that the UV plant is waiting for replacement bulbs.
