Resident asks trustees about rezoning update and flags sinking manhole

During public comment at the Feb. 10 meeting, resident Ranney D'Arrigo asked the board whether the classification of her property from Residential to Highway Commercial had been updated and requested a follow-up on a possible land acquisition referenced at a prior meeting. Mayor Brim told D'Arrigo he has been in contact with the village attorney and will report back to her.
D'Arrigo also reported a public-works concern: a manhole cover across the road from her home that "appears to be sinking." The board recorded the concern and the Department of Public Works committed to inspect the manhole.
