Water Operator Williams told the board on Sept. 9 that village water usage was down roughly 36,000 gallons per day, a decrease he attributed in part to the municipal pool closing on Sept. 11. Frederick (Fred) DiRisio reported that LT2 numbers are increasing but remain in compliance and that water project bids came in under the bonding estimate. He said joint water project meetings will occur every third Tuesday in the Town of Elbridge.
DiRisio also said he is updating the water and sewer application for Brutus Road to present to the board. He reported that Pump #2 arrived and that staff wired it in themselves, "saving about $2,000.00." The report indicates active project planning but did not include detailed bid amounts, timelines, or contractor names for the water project bids.
