- Motions to approve the July 2025 Supervisor/Executive Summary, Code Enforcement Officer report, Town Clerk report, Highway Superintendent report, and PB/ZBA reports (July 17 and July 29, 2025). All motions carried, Ayes 5, Noes 0.
- Motion to approve a budget amendment of $30,000 to DA5110.4 to fund grader patching. Mover: Malcolm Mac Kenzie; second: Richard Craig. Vote: Ayes 5, Noes 0 — motion carried.
- Motion to accept the 2026 Canandaigua Lake Watershed draft budget with a $261 increase for Italy (Italy share $3,051). Mover: Nick Baranowski; second: Brent Walton. Vote recorded as unanimous in the minutes (Ayes 5, Noes 0).
- Motion to approve the July 8, 2025 minutes. Vote: Ayes 5, Noes 0.
- Motion to adjourn to closed session for legal counsel at 8:35 PM; reconvened at 8:50 PM; meeting adjourned at 8:55 PM.
The minutes show all recorded votes were unanimous among the five board members present at the meeting.
