The minutes state, "It was suggested that town board members read and review this proposed law and discuss at the Sept.9, 2025 meeting." The record does not attribute that suggestion to a single speaker. Board members were advised to prepare for substantive discussion in September, but no formal action was taken on the draft at the Aug. 12 meeting.
PB/ZBA reports for July 17 and July 29, 2025 were approved by the Town Board as part of routine business.
