Junius board authorizes use of up to $30,000 from highway fund to cover shortfall

The resolution cites Highway Law § 141 and Town Law § 107 as authority for the appropriation and requires the Supervisor to record the transaction in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts and State Comptroller guidance. The board directed that the DA fund balance be restored upon receipt of the next tax levy; no amendment to the dollar amount was proposed during the meeting.
