The Little Flower Union Free School District Board of Education voted 6-0 on Feb. 24, 2025, to adopt the proposed 2025–26 school calendar. Bridgette Waite moved the measure and Nancy Hancock seconded; the motion carried.
Superintendent Harold Dean had earlier flagged key scheduling items tied to the calendar, including a Superintendent Conference Day on March 14 that will feature Mental Health First Aid training. The adopted calendar will guide district scheduling for instructional days, professional development and known project timelines for the coming year.
