The Little Flower Union Free School District Board of Education voted unanimously June 16 to adopt the 2025–26 proposed budget in the amount of $10,000,909. Corinne Hammons, Board member, moved the measure and Frank Caliguiri seconded; the motion carried 7–0.
Superintendent Harold Dean told the board that closing documents had been signed for the district's 2025–26 Revenue Anticipation Note and that the expected interest rate on that borrowing will be "5.3%." The board's financial reports for May — including the schedule of bills, budget status, accounts receivable and the Claims Audit Report — were acknowledged as part of routine fiscal oversight before the budget vote.
