The Plaistow Planning Board voted unanimously to approve a conditional lot‑line adjustment that exchanges equal portions of land between parcels on Newton Road and Daybreak Drive in the ICR zoning district. Tom Schomberg of SEC Associates described the transfer as a straightforward measure that makes the subject lots less nonconforming.
The approval includes conditions that the final recording plans bear all applicable professional stamps, a monumentation certification by a New Hampshire licensed land surveyor be submitted to the Planning Department, a Planning Board signature block be added to the plan sheets, and recording materials be submitted within 60 days. The motion passed 5‑0‑0.
No bonding or impact fees were required for this lot‑line adjustment; an LCHIP fee of $25 will be payable at recording.
