Clerk reports four new business license applications; no change to CUPs

At the March 26 meeting Clerk Joan Dailey notified the commission of four new business license applications awaiting processing: Black Diamond Auto (auto tinting); Magleby Construction Northern Utah (general contractor for custom homes); VINX Pest Control HQ (residential pest control); and Shawn's Small Engine Repair.
Commissioners noted there were no changes to existing Conditional Use Permits, and Commissioner Glenn Williams reminded members to read the Utah Land Use reference provided for training. Nuisance reports were none and the commission proceeded to other agenda items.
