Commissioners approve human-services disbursements; Salary Board promotes Olivia Stouffer with one abstention
Summary

Commissioner Snyder seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
At the subsequent Salary Board meeting, Tina Flick requested promotion of Olivia Stouffer from Caseworker 2 to Caseworker 3 with a pay increase from $17.45 per hour to $17.97 per hour. Commissioner Kline moved to approve the promotion; the motion carried but Treasurer Stacey Barnes abstained from the vote as recorded in the minutes.
