Forest County approves small grants disbursements, MOU for GIS services and other administrative items

The board also approved Title III disbursements for the Fire-Wise Education Center (Penelec $129.17; Forest County Extension $3,833.46) and Visitor Center reimbursements (Penelec $94.26; General Fund $185.77).
The board approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Rural Edge, LLC to provide GIS services at $30 per hour and passed Resolution #4 of 2025 designating Mark S. Kingston, Patrick F. Kline or Robert J. Snyder, Jr. as authorized signatories for county vehicle documents. The minutes record these administrative approvals as unanimous motions; a separate motion approved ordering six storage totes ($51.99) to be charged to the county card and reimbursed from the Opioid Abatement Trust Account.
