Kinderhook trustees approve 2025–26 appointments, banking and meeting schedule

Kevin Monahan moved to approve the appointments and Trustee Joseph Wildermuth seconded; all voted “Aye.” The organizational meeting was closed by unanimous motion and the regular board meeting convened at 7:00 p.m.
