Attorney Robert Romano, speaking for the applicant, summed up the request: “We are here seeking additional hours … Thursday, Friday, Saturdays to 1AM.” He said the licensee’s co‑owner will be out briefly for the birth of a child and that an experienced interim manager, Darren Castile, will run the operation in the meantime.
