Junius assessor reports busy season, RPSV4 conversion freeze and 46 years of service

Assessor Phil Griswold told the board he has been working on deeds, splits, bank codes, address changes and administering the STAR exemption program. He said he mailed 229 exemption renewal forms that must be returned by March 1 and that the RPSV4 software conversion will be frozen Feb. 10–18 to allow file migration.
"This is Phil Griswolds 46th year as an assessor! Congratulations," the minutes record. Griswold said he completed required ethics training and that the conversion period will require several days of training and concentrated work. The board did not take action on the assessor's report; the entry serves as administrative notice to the board and the public of the conversion schedule and filing deadlines.
