Junius board approves $9,000 budget increase after USDA finds missed Water District 3 loan payment

"A loan payment was missing for Water Dist. 3 from March 2023, they updated their software and caught it," the minutes record. Councilman Rick Wadhams moved to increase the budget line by $9,000 and Councilman Randy Wadhams seconded; the board voted Aye 5, Nay 0 and approved the amendment.
