The Board ended executive session at 5:36 p.m. after a motion by Frank Caliguiri and a second by Bridgette Waite, carried 6-0.
Following the forum, the Board moved to adjourn. At 5:46 p.m., Frank Caliguiri moved and Nancy Hancock seconded to adjourn; the motion carried 6-0. District Clerk Ashley Harlin signed the minutes.
